Dr. Twyla Williams-Damond’s experience as the Chief Executive Officer of Premier Educational Research & Consulting allows her to bring a unique, but aligned, skillset to WSA. With a reputation for data-driven solutions for effective change and improved academic outcomes, her consulting services encompass schools, colleges and universities, corporations, and graduate students across the globe. As an educational researcher, she maintains a pulse on the academic agenda surrounding students of all levels. Dr. Williams-Damond holds an Master of Business Administration and a Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Higher Education Law. She serves as a Professor, Doctoral Dissertation Chair and board member for several university Institutional Review Boards.

Mrs. Tiffany Williams-Spraggins

Mrs. Tiffany Williams-Spraggins is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Grambling State University. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science and Master of Education Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Williams-Spraggins began her career working as a computer scientist at the Procter & Gamble Company and then NASA/Ames Research Center. She subsequently pursued graduate studies in education and became a high school math teacher and school administrator. Williams-Spraggins is the founding principal of Lighthouse Christian Preparatory School where she started a high school with a small 9th grade class and eventually developed it into a 6th to 12th grade institution. She has been an Educator for almost 20 years.
